- Learning and reflection: Facilitation of project/ program evaluations, self-enquiries, as well as organisational assessments. Also moderation of debates on topical issues or subjects.
- Research and innovation: Support creation of new knowledge through undertaking of collaborative action research/ studies. We collaborate with researchers, think tanks and CSOs to generate or tap into the growing global knowledge and use these to improve their practice.
- Knowledge brokering and dissemination: Publications/ writing for journals, papers and blogs, as an authority in specific areas. Also facilitating documentation and dissemination initiatives.
